GBI'm a new customer I'm a new customer. I have had some problems since December trying to set up my account. The monthly amount has already been deducted from my pension statement. I am cancelling this service as I have yet to hear back from Armadillo on setting up my account. This is an indication of their response when we do have an emergency. I am passing.

GBThey do what they say! Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

GBI'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime… I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime Home Warranty that scammed me and others by not providing the coverage paid for. So I was super leary of start up companies because of this. But Armadillo went above and beyond to gain my trust and business with the CEO giving me a call to go over their services and company. That alone speaks volumes. Their plan is easy to understand and not full of fine print and exclusions like all the others.
