USI'm a new customer I'm a new customer. I have had some problems since December trying to set up my account. The monthly amount has already been deducted from my pension statement. I am cancelling this service as I have yet to hear back from Armadillo on setting up my account. This is an indication of their response when we do have an emergency. I am passing.

US1ST EXPERIENCE CLEAR COMMUNICATION. I HAVE HAD OTHER HM WARRANTIES BUT THIS HAS FEATURES THE OTHERS DO NOT. NO ANNUAL LOCK ON WARRANTY SERVICE. USE YOUR OWN CONTRACTORS WE HAVE TRUSTED FOR YEARS.

USIlyssa is the BEST! Ilyssa is the BEST! She knows the ins and outs of the Home Warranty business and how the Armadillo products work. She is incredibly responsive and follows up to ensure a positive experience for me and my clients. I wasn't a fan of Home Warranties but I have really seen the value in elevating offerings for my clients and having the knowledge of how Armadillo helps protect my clients - sellers and buyers.

A reputable local company arrived within a couple of days , assessed and installed a new one shortly after. Seamless and painless and saved so much of my time .

USSo far so good! I took a chance on Armadillo as it seemed like a modern HW provider that actually did the right thing for homeowners - and they have thus far delivered! My heating just "tried" to kick in and no dice. I did everything on Armadillo's mobile claims submissions site, they let me use my own HVAC guy, and reimbursed me right away. Thanks!
