GBNo action or response from company I reported an electrical issue on June 2, 2023. They “assigned” a contractor but that contractor never came on the assigned date. I have followed up with Armadillo multiple times over the last month via online chat, online message, phone call, and email. No one returns my emails, I get voicemail, and the online chat person just says they will notify “dispatch” but nothing ever gets done. I just want this electrical issue fixed so I can cancel coverage ASAP.

GBI'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime… I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime Home Warranty that scammed me and others by not providing the coverage paid for. So I was super leary of start up companies because of this. But Armadillo went above and beyond to gain my trust and business with the CEO giving me a call to go over their services and company. That alone speaks volumes. Their plan is easy to understand and not full of fine print and exclusions like all the others.

GBCannot get anyone to answer the phone, ever. No service after the sale! *** UPDATE*** Since my review, Someone did get back to me and I am hopeful the issue will be resolved. In good faith I am editing review from 1 star to 3 for now. I cannot get through by calling either of the numbers anytime I call them. I get a message saying I'm second in the queue or first in the queue and my wait time is 1 minute. Literally the four plus times that I've called, I've been on hold 45 minutes each time. That's not service after the sale to me and it's disappointing. I had to hire a plumber because I had a leak and pay him out of pocket. Now I'm trying to get reimbursement, and total radio silent and no call back.
