GBSo far so good! I took a chance on Armadillo as it seemed like a modern HW provider that actually did the right thing for homeowners - and they have thus far delivered! My heating just "tried" to kick in and no dice. I did everything on Armadillo's mobile claims submissions site, they let me use my own HVAC guy, and reimbursed me right away. Thanks!

GBI liked that I could sumbit estimates… I liked that I could sumbit estimates and receipta by email. onlune claim process easy. I chose to use my own technicians and get reimbursed. You have to keep calling service desk to get things processed or they wont check promtly for emails. They pay and processes ac condenser and evap coil as separate so be prepared they only pay for the parts that proven failed. They take more than 5 business days for approval.

GBJob done right. The service technician had on proper attire i.e shoe covers and overalls,explained what he was doing, showed me the replacement parts, gave visual and verbal instructions regarding the new equipment, very professional.....great job :)

GBI'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime… I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime Home Warranty that scammed me and others by not providing the coverage paid for. So I was super leary of start up companies because of this. But Armadillo went above and beyond to gain my trust and business with the CEO giving me a call to go over their services and company. That alone speaks volumes. Their plan is easy to understand and not full of fine print and exclusions like all the others.

GBThe claim process was relatively easy… The claim process was relatively easy and the technician was able to repair my Ice Maker when he came out. The company that Armadillo had has one of their vendors did a great job.
