You have to keep calling service desk to get things processed or they wont check promtly for emails. They pay and processes ac condenser and evap coil as separate so be prepared they only pay for the parts that proven failed. They take more than 5 business days for approval.

They do what they say! Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

No action or response from company I reported an electrical issue on June 2, 2023. They “assigned” a contractor but that contractor never came on the assigned date. I have followed up with Armadillo multiple times over the last month via online chat, online message, phone call, and email. No one returns my emails, I get voicemail, and the online chat person just says they will notify “dispatch” but nothing ever gets done. I just want this electrical issue fixed so I can cancel coverage ASAP.

I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime… I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime Home Warranty that scammed me and others by not providing the coverage paid for. So I was super leary of start up companies because of this. But Armadillo went above and beyond to gain my trust and business with the CEO giving me a call to go over their services and company. That alone speaks volumes. Their plan is easy to understand and not full of fine print and exclusions like all the others.

Excellent Company After years of having different home warranties, we have finally found one that suits our family. No more confusing policies, policies outside of our budget, or Difficulty picking out policies. Armadillo has been great from the start and ease of picking a plan that suits my family has been terrific.
