USCannot get anyone to answer the phone, ever. No service after the sale! *** UPDATE*** Since my review, Someone did get back to me and I am hopeful the issue will be resolved. In good faith I am editing review from 1 star to 3 for now. I cannot get through by calling either of the numbers anytime I call them. I get a message saying I'm second in the queue or first in the queue and my wait time is 1 minute. Literally the four plus times that I've called, I've been on hold 45 minutes each time. That's not service after the sale to me and it's disappointing. I had to hire a plumber because I had a leak and pay him out of pocket. Now I'm trying to get reimbursement, and total radio silent and no call back.
