GBThe claim process was relatively easy… The claim process was relatively easy and the technician was able to repair my Ice Maker when he came out. The company that Armadillo had has one of their vendors did a great job.

GBIlyssa is the BEST! Ilyssa is the BEST! She knows the ins and outs of the Home Warranty business and how the Armadillo products work. She is incredibly responsive and follows up to ensure a positive experience for me and my clients. I wasn't a fan of Home Warranties but I have really seen the value in elevating offerings for my clients and having the knowledge of how Armadillo helps protect my clients - sellers and buyers.

GBJob done right. The service technician had on proper attire i.e shoe covers and overalls,explained what he was doing, showed me the replacement parts, gave visual and verbal instructions regarding the new equipment, very professional.....great job :)
