Look for home warranty elsewhere Look for home warranty elsewhere. We have experienced nothing but trouble/difficulty with this company. All of which could have been avoided. Being wrongfully charged for a property I didn’t own (which took three months to receive any refund or response), to a lack of availability to come and repair issues, to being wrongfully charged by the technicians for jobs they completed. Communication with this company is abysmal. They will tell you they are going through an upgrading phase and getting new management in place, don’t believe this. It has been the same story for 365 days. I will not be renewing with this company.

Waiting forever for refrigerator repair I tried to schedule a refrigerator repair on Feb 18 and had appointment for Feb 22. It was then postponed to Mar 1 and again to Mar 4. They ordered parts on March 5 and still no word on when they will arrive. I contacted customer service 4 times and no help whatsoever. Meanwhile, I have been living without a refrigerator and freezer for 37 days and counting with absolutely no effort by the company to get it “Fixd” and no clue when it will be fixed. Not worth the premium they charge.

It was good... and then For the most part, Fixd has been really good and responsive. However, recently, when they told me they would offer me cashout in exchange for fixing my washer, they never sent me the check they promised.. I call several times, emails numerous, and text with no confirmation. It has been rather frustrating. Like I said, in the beginning they were great and now... it's non-responsive.

This company steals your money. I cancelled an appointment before the 24 hour cut-off period, and I am still waiting for my refund that I've been told I would get for the past month. I've already filed a fraud charge with my credit card company, so luckily they've got my back on that. Their customer service however lies and gives you the run around on multiple calls if you try to rightfully get your money back.

FRAUD, haven't used and $200 stolen from checking. I paid $21.05 or this so called scanner. I haven't used it yet. BUT I got 2 withdrawals from my checking for $99.99 each. Nothing was stated about a monthly fee. I've called twice and was told both times a refund would be sent ; and the service cut off.THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. BUNCH OF CROOKS.
