GBFixd always finds a reason not to cover… Fixd always finds a reason not to cover stuff. I never had these issues with AHS. Please, run far away from this company. The wrote us a check for a fraction of our built in refrigerator when they couldn't fix it. They also claimed that an outlet on our house wasn't covered and then charged an exorbitant hourly rate to fix it. It's good that we're moving to another place because we will not renew this shoddy excuse for a home warranty company.

GBDon't waste your money I had a simple bathtub repair that I scheduled under our home warranty. Immediately after scheduling we received an email saying that we would be notified when a tech was assigned, but that never happened. The status of the job remained 'tech not assigned' until I canceled it. I tried to contact support, but I always got a message saying 'no agents available', and trying to send a message would just show a spinner on submit. They were happy enough to take our money for the warranty, but won't even pretend to honor it. Total waste.

GBExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. After initially receiving a prompt response and bid, the technician failed to show up for their scheduled walk through appointment. We had to rescheduled 5 additional times, and no one ever showed up. After calling the Fixd Repair help line twice to inform them of the issues, we still never heard back from anyone. Obviously we are going with a more professional company.

GBOur air conditioning units are putting out excessive amounts of water. Our air conditioning units are putting a LOT of water into the drain pans. Fixd says this is common during the summer. It is not. We’ve never had this quantity of water being flushed out of a unit. I hired a second company to evaluate and they say it’s due to dirty coils. Thinking of hiring an attorney to recover the cost of doing this the right way. Fixd has not been a good experience.

GBTHE WORST we've been waiting since July… THE WORST we've been waiting since July 7 -one month- for our dryer heater element to be FIXED. Save you money and go with an established company who doesn't charge extortion money for faster service, and only can order parts directly from the manufacturer (because THEY get a discount) that never come. The local appliance store has the part in stock, but FIxd can't seem to get hold of one. This is after taking 3 months for a previous dryer repair because they could get the part. We've asked 3 time to talk to a supervisor, but apparently this company doesn't have supervisors. Fixd is broken!
