Being wrongfully charged for a property I didn’t own (which took three months to receive any refund or response), to a lack of availability to come and repair issues, to being wrongfully charged by the technicians for jobs they completed. Communication with this company is abysmal. They will tell you they are going through an upgrading phase and getting new management in place, don’t believe this. It has been the same story for 365 days. I will not be renewing with this company.

THE WORST we've been waiting since July… THE WORST we've been waiting since July 7 -one month- for our dryer heater element to be FIXED. Save you money and go with an established company who doesn't charge extortion money for faster service, and only can order parts directly from the manufacturer (because THEY get a discount) that never come. The local appliance store has the part in stock, but FIxd can't seem to get hold of one. This is after taking 3 months for a previous dryer repair because they could get the part. We've asked 3 time to talk to a supervisor, but apparently this company doesn't have supervisors. Fixd is broken!

It was good... and then For the most part, Fixd has been really good and responsive. However, recently, when they told me they would offer me cashout in exchange for fixing my washer, they never sent me the check they promised.. I call several times, emails numerous, and text with no confirmation. It has been rather frustrating. Like I said, in the beginning they were great and now... it's non-responsive.

Incredible people, incredible service! Incredible people, incredible service! I have used Fix'd on several occasions, and they have always done an outstanding job. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and have completed every job quickly. I would not even consider calling anyone else for any services that Fix'd offers. I know that with Fix'd my job will be done correctly and quickly at a fair price.

Waiting forever for refrigerator repair I tried to schedule a refrigerator repair on Feb 18 and had appointment for Feb 22. It was then postponed to Mar 1 and again to Mar 4. They ordered parts on March 5 and still no word on when they will arrive. I contacted customer service 4 times and no help whatsoever. Meanwhile, I have been living without a refrigerator and freezer for 37 days and counting with absolutely no effort by the company to get it “Fixd” and no clue when it will be fixed. Not worth the premium they charge.
