2 Heat Pumps repaired with most work… 2 Heat Pumps repaired - more or less. Most work completed in early June. However, they didn't have the parts needed the 1st day so we had to wait 3 days before either A/C unit actually worked. A few days later, a brand new fan failed, a couple more for replacement. Heat Pump missing insulation jacket and access panel. Insulation jacket added a few days later, but the access panel is still missing after 2 months and more than 20 phone calls. They won't take partial payment and don't need payment until the job is finished. I do not understand why they aren't concerned about getting paid $6,000 after 2 months of waiting for a simple metal panel.

Denied per usual with these companies The plumber was fine but they immediately rejected it as a pre-existing condition which has been my experience with every single one of these companies I’ve ever used. We won’t be renewing after a year. Not worth the money. We could have paid our own plumber $225 and actually gotten the valve replaced instead of just turned off temporarily until we can have a “real” plumber fix it for good.

Fixd Repair Service Fixd came out to repair my commode and the repair person, Manual, was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and he did not take a long time in getting the job done. Also, the admin staff was very good in informing me and following up on my appointment schedule. The service people arrived at the time that they said they would. Good around for Fixd!!!

Our air conditioning units are putting out excessive amounts of water. Our air conditioning units are putting a LOT of water into the drain pans. Fixd says this is common during the summer. It is not. We’ve never had this quantity of water being flushed out of a unit. I hired a second company to evaluate and they say it’s due to dirty coils. Thinking of hiring an attorney to recover the cost of doing this the right way. Fixd has not been a good experience.

Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. After initially receiving a prompt response and bid, the technician failed to show up for their scheduled walk through appointment. We had to rescheduled 5 additional times, and no one ever showed up. After calling the Fixd Repair help line twice to inform them of the issues, we still never heard back from anyone. Obviously we are going with a more professional company.
