USFRAUD, haven't used and $200 stolen from checking. I paid $21.05 or this so called scanner. I haven't used it yet. BUT I got 2 withdrawals from my checking for $99.99 each. Nothing was stated about a monthly fee. I've called twice and was told both times a refund would be sent ; and the service cut off.THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. BUNCH OF CROOKS.

USFixd Repair Service Fixd came out to repair my commode and the repair person, Manual, was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and he did not take a long time in getting the job done. Also, the admin staff was very good in informing me and following up on my appointment schedule. The service people arrived at the time that they said they would. Good around for Fixd!!!

USTHE WORST we've been waiting since July… THE WORST we've been waiting since July 7 -one month- for our dryer heater element to be FIXED. Save you money and go with an established company who doesn't charge extortion money for faster service, and only can order parts directly from the manufacturer (because THEY get a discount) that never come. The local appliance store has the part in stock, but FIxd can't seem to get hold of one. This is after taking 3 months for a previous dryer repair because they could get the part. We've asked 3 time to talk to a supervisor, but apparently this company doesn't have supervisors. Fixd is broken!

US$100 paid, no service received…don't waste your money on this warranty company! I have placed two service calls recently (in the last three months now). The first service call, the technician came out and said he would get us a quote and never followed-up (despite us following up). I should have known better, but I scheduled a second service call for plumbing, and the person never showed up. I have been trying to reach someone at Fix'd for over 1.5 months to issue a refund of the two $50 service fees. I've spent well over $100 in my time, and it is nearly impossible to get a response from anyone here. We were likely lifetime customers, but given we can't even get a hold of anyone, why would we continue to buy this warranty?

USThis company is THE WORST This company is the worst. My monthly plan keeps canceling itself, so I am left with no coverage. Their customer service number is buried in their website and impossible to find. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, and email, or chat anyway. Their live chat is supposed to be live right now, but it's shut down. Got my microwave replaced 3 months ago with the promise it would be covered, just to be completely ghosted by this company. Definitely just going to cut my losses and move on.
