Double Billing Fraud! Had tech come out do the work and submitted the invoice to me and I paid 250.00 dollars on a credit card for the completed Job then later they submitted another invoice with my signature forged on the new document bill demanding another 90.00 dollars! Of course they can't process it without committing fraud under federal law with my credit card again without me signing again! They are fraudsters! STAY Away Beware! I have a receipt in my possession. I hope they do something stupid, so I can have them prosecuted for credit fraud.

Incredible people, incredible service! Incredible people, incredible service! I have used Fix'd on several occasions, and they have always done an outstanding job. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and have completed every job quickly. I would not even consider calling anyone else for any services that Fix'd offers. I know that with Fix'd my job will be done correctly and quickly at a fair price.

THE WORST we've been waiting since July… THE WORST we've been waiting since July 7 -one month- for our dryer heater element to be FIXED. Save you money and go with an established company who doesn't charge extortion money for faster service, and only can order parts directly from the manufacturer (because THEY get a discount) that never come. The local appliance store has the part in stock, but FIxd can't seem to get hold of one. This is after taking 3 months for a previous dryer repair because they could get the part. We've asked 3 time to talk to a supervisor, but apparently this company doesn't have supervisors. Fixd is broken!

I wish I saw these reviews before doing… I wish I saw these reviews before doing business with them. They did a horrible job, it took them all day to do furnace installation, they got black soot all over furniture and walls and didn’t complete the work. I also don’t believe they actually installed a new furnace because it sounds worse than my old one. After I paid they will not respond to requests for someone to come out and complete work.

We recently purchased a complete… We recently purchased a complete heating and air conditioning system from Fixd. There sale rep Jesse Cummins was very knowledgeable and gave us an unbelievable price. We did have some scheduling problems due to weather but Jesse was on top of it and kept us informed of the situation. But, except for the price, the best part of the experience was there technicians Chris and Fabio. These two young men were outstanding. Even though they had some unexpected issues during the installation, their knowledge and experience allowed them to come up with solutions without raise any concerns to us. They even worked late to finish the job in one day. Once again thanks to Chris and Fabio. .
