GBI love WAEPA I love WAEPA. I was glad I didn't stick with FEGLI for life insurance as a federal employee - it was much more expensive for less benefits, in my experience. WAEPA has been terrific. I've gotten a dividend rebate every year, so their low price is even lower than it seems when I pay each year. Great customer service and low overhead which is why they offer such competitive rates.

GBWAEPA does not answer the phone or emails WAEPA simply does not answer the phone or respond to emails. I have been trying for two weeks at several different times of day and nothing.

GBI've been a member for over 20 years I've been a member for over 20 years, and have always received quick and professional responses to any questions. WAEPA employees have always been extremely helpful.

GBTERRIBLE Insurance Terrible customer service. I am so sorry I got sucked into this insurance. The rate goes up DRASTICALLY and benefits decrease. It appears it's a rinky dink type of operation. GO ELSEWHERE or stay with FEGLI as in the long run it's cheaper.

GBWAEPA is a great company! WAEPA is a great company! I switched to WAEPA from FEGLI and saved a lot of money. I like the fact it has been around a long time, and I really like add-ons that I can get too, like short term disability insurance.
