GBNo response to emails I've emailed a few times expressing my concern regarding my Amazon Sales Tax Report. The directions don't 100% match my TaxCloud account, so I'm not sure if you're actually getting my sales tax report? I've called on the phone only to be told to email. It would be nice if someone would answer my emails so that I know everything is working properly.

GBLove working with the TaxCloud team Love working with the TaxCloud team! First had questions for the support team and was offered step-by-step help with the setup. Chris and Mark were both extremely competent and helpful. Then I had more in-depth Marketplace Tax questions and was introduced to Pat, VP of BizDev. Pat setup a time for a call with me and my co-founder and walked us though different options and gave us very transparent useful advice. Really appreciate all the help and look forward to using the product!

GBI have been dealing with Taxcloud for… I have been dealing with Taxcloud for over 1 year, and it seems their Square App does not work. Tech support says they are working on it but never get anything done. It seems they only had a few people working there. A disconnect with there development team and support team.

GBNo Customer Support Our company used to use TaxCloud but ended up having to switch to another provider after months of not being able to reach customer support by phone or email. Its strange how they will promptly reply to TrustPilot reviews just to save face but not their own support desk tickets. It’s so disappointing because this business has potential but no real execution of their mission!
