We still are waiting for information over 3 months after reporting an issue. Have gotten 0 follow up. Update: I got a reply email from a VP after leaving review. I outlined the issues and breakdowns in communicates in great detail. Never heard back from him - kind of par for the course from Tax Cloud.

Best decision I made I dreaded the relaunch of our websites. At the top of the list: integrating sales tax. We couldn't use the same service as our in-house ERP system and I wasn't prepared for what I'd find and certainly hadn't budgeted for it. Turned out what cost extra with one service, was included with Tax Cloud. With TaxCloud, "I'll check and get back to you tomorrow" meant TOMORROW tomorrow not next week tomorrow! Signing up with TaxCloud was a no-brainer! Best and easiest decision I made.

So Far, So Good We are new member of TaxCloud. We are utilizing the service to help us accurately compute sales tax for a our business. So far things are great, the program integrated directly with our ERP/Accounting software (Odoo) and seems to be working well. Customer support was quick to address my initial questions. As we further implement over the next several weeks I'll report back if any changes to my score are necessary

Franchesca is Great... Franchesca is Great... Not that I'm a dummy, but pretty close where Tax Compliance is concerned! Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website... Thank you Franchesca, you were Great and I will highly recommend you and your company...

We have used tax cloud out of laziness and it was a mistake We have used tax cloud out of laziness for 10+ years. It started quite affordably and despite providing the same service has gone up in price quite a bit. They just gave notice that after next month its going up to $80 to calculate sales tax on just 200 orders, and far more after that. This is better than the last price increase where they just doubled the monthly fee and we didn't find out until our statement. We have also had taxcloud grossly over bill us and support be rough at best. Yeah its some work to migrate to something else, but its worth the hassle. Given their are services for $49 a month that calculate 250 transactions (after that is $100 for 1000 vs tax cloud at $300 for 1000) and they do tax calculations globally. Yeah they were integrated with our cart, but we have a few more hours of testing a new solution and can then put tax cloud in our rear view for good.
