GBIssue Solved! Customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get someone to help us for TWO MONTHS because their software is not properly reading our sales. They will reply to the initial email but stop replying to follow iOS. Update: Tax cloud reached out and fixed the issue promptly!

GBBest decision I made I dreaded the relaunch of our websites. At the top of the list: integrating sales tax. We couldn't use the same service as our in-house ERP system and I wasn't prepared for what I'd find and certainly hadn't budgeted for it. Turned out what cost extra with one service, was included with Tax Cloud. With TaxCloud, "I'll check and get back to you tomorrow" meant TOMORROW tomorrow not next week tomorrow! Signing up with TaxCloud was a no-brainer! Best and easiest decision I made.

GBThe issue I had was answered quickly… This company is EXCELLENT for retail businesses of any size. They handle out ifnstate transactions (like online sales) as well and remit all taxes appropriately without fail. My only issue is that they don't currently support correct paying of sales tax for businesses that physically travel out of state (like for conventions). We are based in NC, but when we travel to another state for a show, there is no way to have the tax collected remitted to the state we were in. It is automatically added to our NC sales tax. That said, the company is excellent, and you're in fantastic hands with them!

GBNo response to emails I've emailed a few times expressing my concern regarding my Amazon Sales Tax Report. The directions don't 100% match my TaxCloud account, so I'm not sure if you're actually getting my sales tax report? I've called on the phone only to be told to email. It would be nice if someone would answer my emails so that I know everything is working properly.
