Disappointed so far You were really great when we were deciding ghetto go with your company. We did and since then service has been less than satisfactory.

Best decision I made I dreaded the relaunch of our websites. At the top of the list: integrating sales tax. We couldn't use the same service as our in-house ERP system and I wasn't prepared for what I'd find and certainly hadn't budgeted for it. Turned out what cost extra with one service, was included with Tax Cloud. With TaxCloud, "I'll check and get back to you tomorrow" meant TOMORROW tomorrow not next week tomorrow! Signing up with TaxCloud was a no-brainer! Best and easiest decision I made.

This site is very unreliable This site is very unreliable. It has numerous API failures to properly calculate the sales tax so we end up using an average. The only way it will work each month is for us to manually upload the transactions. Even doing this is somewhat of a nightmare. I only hope they are actually filing our sales tax!

No Customer Support Our company used to use TaxCloud but ended up having to switch to another provider after months of not being able to reach customer support by phone or email. Its strange how they will promptly reply to TrustPilot reviews just to save face but not their own support desk tickets. It’s so disappointing because this business has potential but no real execution of their mission!

Franchesca is Great... Franchesca is Great... Not that I'm a dummy, but pretty close where Tax Compliance is concerned! Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website...
