Super helpful and quick to help with any problems First tank arrived smashed (Not Swells fault but the delivery service) and Swell responded so quickly and sent a second tank out which arrived the next day! Really friendly and helpful customer service and the tank was well packaged. Will buy from them again and would happily recommend!

Would not shop again with Swell Second purchase from these guys, first had a faulty item and they asked if I wanted to keep it if 10% was deducted from the price. Why would I pay 90% for something that did not work? Second time around they only told me that items were not available after dispatch. If I would have known that I would not have ordered from them in the first place. Now I need to order the same items elsewhere and incur additional postage and delays. Not good when you are talking about the welfare of pets.
