GBWould not shop again with Swell Second purchase from these guys, first had a faulty item and they asked if I wanted to keep it if 10% was deducted from the price. Why would I pay 90% for something that did not work? Second time around they only told me that items were not available after dispatch. If I would have known that I would not have ordered from them in the first place. Now I need to order the same items elsewhere and incur additional postage and delays. Not good when you are talking about the welfare of pets.

GBWrong impellers ordered, sorted without hassle. All good. Ordering and delivery of my items was very smooth and quick. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong Impellers... However, Emily from customer services, had me sorted in no time and next day delivery too, again as smoothly as these things can be. Much appreciated.

GBLate Delivery Comlaint My order included a fee for next day delivery. The order didn't arrive next day so I informed the supplier and asked for refund of the fee. I received an email next working day saying the refund had been arranged and Klarna confirmed this would be issued within 3-5 working days. The mark of a good company for me is how customer complaints are dealt with and Swell UK Ltd dealt with my complaint brilliantly. David

GBNo customer service values I paid for next day delivery on my item. I waited in all day and it didn’t show up. No notification emails from swell to update me about the fact it had been sent. I previously cancelled an order from Swell as after 4 days it still hadn’t been sent. They operate in the customer service dark age where they don’t even send dispatch notifications.
