There's a reason swell is cheaper then everywhere else This is the second time in the past month that I've ordered from swell and both times the glass has been completely smashed due to poor packaging. I've asked if they can collect the smashed aquarium to remove and have been ignored. A refund is pending I guess I'll use the money to pay someone to remove the broken fish tank.

Would not shop again with Swell Second purchase from these guys, first had a faulty item and they asked if I wanted to keep it if 10% was deducted from the price. Why would I pay 90% for something that did not work? Second time around they only told me that items were not available after dispatch. If I would have known that I would not have ordered from them in the first place. Now I need to order the same items elsewhere and incur additional postage and delays. Not good when you are talking about the welfare of pets.

I contacted Swells customer service team and spoke with Miah, they advised that they would correct the mistake and send out my replacement items the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the speed and efficiency. Recommend anyone to order from Swell!
