GBMy order was packaged really well My order was packaged really well, upon opening my order I noticed that some items were missing. I contacted Swells customer service team and spoke with Miah, they advised that they would correct the mistake and send out my replacement items the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the speed and efficiency. Recommend anyone to order from Swell!

GBItem missing brackets and looks like a returned item? Just received first order from them. Delivery fast. Problem, no brackets to fit lights, instructions ripped? Marks on light fittings where someone has attempted to install it! Do not appreciate paying for a new item, just to receive a used one!

GBThere's a reason swell is cheaper then everywhere else This is the second time in the past month that I've ordered from swell and both times the glass has been completely smashed due to poor packaging. I've asked if they can collect the smashed aquarium to remove and have been ignored. A refund is pending I guess I'll use the money to pay someone to remove the broken fish tank.

GBLate Delivery Comlaint My order included a fee for next day delivery. The order didn't arrive next day so I informed the supplier and asked for refund of the fee. I received an email next working day saying the refund had been arranged and Klarna confirmed this would be issued within 3-5 working days. The mark of a good company for me is how customer complaints are dealt with and Swell UK Ltd dealt with my complaint brilliantly. David
