I contacted Swells customer service team and spoke with Miah, they advised that they would correct the mistake and send out my replacement items the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the speed and efficiency. Recommend anyone to order from Swell!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. When a fish tank unfortunately arrived smashed I was able to contact the company via phone call and a very helpful member of staff organised for a new one to be delivered the next day. Not only was a new tank sent but the whole kit (filter, heater, lights etc.) and within the space of less than 24 hours :)
