GBGreat Customer Service I placed an order on this web site. I called with a question about an out of stock item and was transfered to a gentleman named Abe. Abe is a nice, friendly, patient and helpful representative. Abe tried several avenues to find this item. Meanwhile, Abe kepted me informed with daily emails (some times with more than 1 email a day. When he finally found the item he tracked it until it was out of his control. This is above and beyond great customer service. As far as a rating goes (0-5, 5 being best) Abe deserves a 20,and also the recognition as "employee of the month" !!! Thanks Abe. A job well done.

GBI had difficulty finding this freezer… I had difficulty finding this freezer and tried this site on a whim. I placed an order in the evening and followed up in the morning. Abe was able to process my order and ship the freezer same day. However, I did not receive an original tracking number until the freezer was already delivered. Otherwise it was a good experience.

GBIt's been a year (March 2022) since I… It's been a year (March 2022) since I placed an order. First it was problems with the order processor and the money. Then when it was finally squared away (Sept. 2022) they kept saying it was a delay on the manufacturer side. Last week (January, 2023) I finally contacted the manufacturer they said they only received inquiries about availability, but never received the actual order. They're not answering calls, not returning emails. Update 3/17/23: After dealing directly with the manufacturer of my commercial kitchen equipment my order finally shipped on 3/16/23. And had I not been in contact with the mfg. I would not have received exactly what I ordered. While there were backorder delays with the manufacturer the lack of communication from Restaurant Stock dragged it out. In my first communication with the manufacturer the delay was 6-10 weeks and exactly 6 weeks later the order was ready to ship. Management will never respond to emails and staff is forced to deal with everything and has no authority to handle anything.

GBI recently purchased a large BlueAir… I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.

GBI purchased a True beverage… I purchased a True beverage refrigerator for my gift shop from Restaurant Stock. They were very easy to deal with and my item only took four days to arrive. The frig came in perfect shape without a scratch. I will be a Restaurant Stock customer for life!
