I can not recommend ordering from this… I can not recommend ordering from this company. a promise of the order delivery has not happened. Very little unproductive sporadic communication has taken place. No answer at the customer service telephone number.

Hello? Anyone Home?? Despite many attempts to reach out to this company to get a missing part that we've been missing for OVER A YEAR NOW, after we paid IN FULL, we still don't have the part. The original machine was order back in February of 2022, it is now April of 2023. Thankfully, my company has the machine we ordered, but this past year has been nothing but a headache inducing back and forth trying to deal with the communication of this company. Even the BBB couldn't get in contact with this company... You can only be promised that they're "following up" or "checking with the office" about your order so many times before it starts feeling like a scam. That's even if you get to talk to someone. More often than not, your email will either be ignored, or the phone will ring and ring and ring instead of being able to leave a message. I just want my part that was ordered a year ago. And no matter what I do, I can't get through to this company.

It's been a year (March 2022) since I… It's been a year (March 2022) since I placed an order. First it was problems with the order processor and the money. Then when it was finally squared away (Sept. 2022) they kept saying it was a delay on the manufacturer side. Last week (January, 2023) I finally contacted the manufacturer they said they only received inquiries about availability, but never received the actual order. They're not answering calls, not returning emails. Update 3/17/23: After dealing directly with the manufacturer of my commercial kitchen equipment my order finally shipped on 3/16/23. And had I not been in contact with the mfg. I would not have received exactly what I ordered. While there were backorder delays with the manufacturer the lack of communication from Restaurant Stock dragged it out. In my first communication with the manufacturer the delay was 6-10 weeks and exactly 6 weeks later the order was ready to ship. Management will never respond to emails and staff is forced to deal with everything and has no authority to handle anything.

Incorrect Shipment Ordered a commercial refrigerator for our office remodel. After I placed the order, they confirmed and noted the order had shipped. When I checked on it, they told me the manufacturer raised their price and would have to pass that along which I refused. They then offered a comparable model as a replacement for the same cost which I accepted. Instead of a refrigerator, they shipped a freezer. I have been trying for over a month to have them return and replace. Although they are not out of business, they do not return phone calls . . . ever. I have tried many times. I have received some e-mails, but nothing clearing stating what they are doing. I have ordered several commercial products for our lunch room and not one problem with any other appliance. This company is dissapointing at best. I would not recommend ordering from them.
