The item shipped, arrived damage free and was even put in place in my business for me. The experience was so hassle free I just ordered again for my other location.

Hello? Anyone Home?? Despite many attempts to reach out to this company to get a missing part that we've been missing for OVER A YEAR NOW, after we paid IN FULL, we still don't have the part. The original machine was order back in February of 2022, it is now April of 2023. Thankfully, my company has the machine we ordered, but this past year has been nothing but a headache inducing back and forth trying to deal with the communication of this company. Even the BBB couldn't get in contact with this company... You can only be promised that they're "following up" or "checking with the office" about your order so many times before it starts feeling like a scam. That's even if you get to talk to someone. More often than not, your email will either be ignored, or the phone will ring and ring and ring instead of being able to leave a message. I just want my part that was ordered a year ago. And no matter what I do, I can't get through to this company.

I recently purchased a large BlueAir… I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.

I can not recommend ordering from this… I can not recommend ordering from this company. a promise of the order delivery has not happened. Very little unproductive sporadic communication has taken place. No answer at the customer service telephone number.

Finally found a freezer… Abe was able to get back with me quickly on the status of my order. Fast shipping. He was able to track down the location of my freezer, provide the number of the local shipping facility and ultimately have the freezer delivered. The Atosa 907 is great, very fortunate to find a freezer during Covid-19 as all local stores were either out or didn't have what I was looking for. Happened to stumble on this site, glad I did. Abe is the best and I highly recommend restaurantstock.
