GBI had difficulty finding this freezer… I had difficulty finding this freezer and tried this site on a whim. I placed an order in the evening and followed up in the morning. Abe was able to process my order and ship the freezer same day. However, I did not receive an original tracking number until the freezer was already delivered. Otherwise it was a good experience.

GBPatiently waited for my $3600 order for… Patiently waited for my $3600 order for 5 months. When I started calling looking for update I been fed random "stories" from warehouse delays, to blaming manufacturer, then supply chain issues, then there were 20 more customers ahead of me waiting in line for the same product, and the latest one topped the cake with blaming transaction processor and telling me to get my money from my credit card company cos they will not issue refund nor gonna send product. Not talking about numerous times "customer service" just hang up on me on the phone. Oh yeah, somewhere in there they requested too to pay $75 for liftgate service too cos my item was "about to ship". Never did. Absolutely terrible company. Is it even real company or just some sort of money laundry scheme?! I am still in limbo and I not sure if I will get money back even from credit card company since its has been so many months. Avoid at any cost!

The item shipped, arrived damage free and was even put in place in my business for me. The experience was so hassle free I just ordered again for my other location.

GBIt's been a year (March 2022) since I… It's been a year (March 2022) since I placed an order. First it was problems with the order processor and the money. Then when it was finally squared away (Sept. 2022) they kept saying it was a delay on the manufacturer side. Last week (January, 2023) I finally contacted the manufacturer they said they only received inquiries about availability, but never received the actual order. They're not answering calls, not returning emails. Update 3/17/23: After dealing directly with the manufacturer of my commercial kitchen equipment my order finally shipped on 3/16/23. And had I not been in contact with the mfg. I would not have received exactly what I ordered. While there were backorder delays with the manufacturer the lack of communication from Restaurant Stock dragged it out. In my first communication with the manufacturer the delay was 6-10 weeks and exactly 6 weeks later the order was ready to ship. Management will never respond to emails and staff is forced to deal with everything and has no authority to handle anything.
