Free shipping, isn't. This company is all about "free shipping", but they will charge you anyway. We live in a large suburban area in Montana, and have recently moved here, resulting in lots of large and heavy items being shipped here. Furniture, gym equipment, heavy treadmills and the like, all without issue. After choosing restaurantstock.com to order a commercial freezer, saving maybe $200 over other big box stores, Abe from RestaurantStock.com rings my wife demanding another $125 because it's their "right" to charge customers for shipping, (remember that bit about "free shipping"?). I asked for the invoice, replied with questions justifying the charge, and within 40 minutes instead of getting answers, Abe cancelled our order. The whole experience felt like a scam.

Patiently waited for my $3600 order for… Patiently waited for my $3600 order for 5 months. When I started calling looking for update I been fed random "stories" from warehouse delays, to blaming manufacturer, then supply chain issues, then there were 20 more customers ahead of me waiting in line for the same product, and the latest one topped the cake with blaming transaction processor and telling me to get my money from my credit card company cos they will not issue refund nor gonna send product. Not talking about numerous times "customer service" just hang up on me on the phone. Oh yeah, somewhere in there they requested too to pay $75 for liftgate service too cos my item was "about to ship". Never did. Absolutely terrible company. Is it even real company or just some sort of money laundry scheme?! I am still in limbo and I not sure if I will get money back even from credit card company since its has been so many months. Avoid at any cost!

I recently purchased a large BlueAir… I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.

Sales rep Abe was very helpful Sales rep Abe was very helpful. He helped me coordinate a less expensive option when the one I wanted wouldn’t arrive on time. The item shipped, arrived damage free and was even put in place in my business for me. The experience was so hassle free I just ordered again for my other location.
