Finally found a freezer… Abe was able to get back with me quickly on the status of my order. Fast shipping. He was able to track down the location of my freezer, provide the number of the local shipping facility and ultimately have the freezer delivered. The Atosa 907 is great, very fortunate to find a freezer during Covid-19 as all local stores were either out or didn't have what I was looking for. Happened to stumble on this site, glad I did. Abe is the best and I highly recommend restaurantstock.

Patiently waited for my $3600 order for… Patiently waited for my $3600 order for 5 months. When I started calling looking for update I been fed random "stories" from warehouse delays, to blaming manufacturer, then supply chain issues, then there were 20 more customers ahead of me waiting in line for the same product, and the latest one topped the cake with blaming transaction processor and telling me to get my money from my credit card company cos they will not issue refund nor gonna send product. Not talking about numerous times "customer service" just hang up on me on the phone. Oh yeah, somewhere in there they requested too to pay $75 for liftgate service too cos my item was "about to ship". Never did. Absolutely terrible company. Is it even real company or just some sort of money laundry scheme?! I am still in limbo and I not sure if I will get money back even from credit card company since its has been so many months. Avoid at any cost!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Despite the shutdown, Abe replied to emails very promptly, and even worked on the weekend to get my freezer. Abe found a chest freezer when all other vendors failed! Donper USA XC16 Frozen Dink Machine I ordered the Donper USA XC16 Frozen Beverage Machine about 2 years ago and just wanted to leave a review update. This machine still works great and we never had any issues with it - Love it! If you're planning on using it for a BBQ, keep the machine indoors so your drink freezes faster. I would recommend chilling the ingredients the night before. Restaurant stock shipped this machine so fast and the item was flawless. Thanks you! I would definitely order from here again.
