Needed a new deli case. Needed a new deli case.. website says 1-2 days shipping, placed order, received confirmation 1-2 days shipping.. this was back on 5.17.20 - it is now 6.19.20 and no product - saying over and over it is back ordered until July - If I had a case that was completely out of order this would have been disastrous for my business. shouldn't commit to shipping in a certain time unless you can do it and communicate right away if there is an issue.. i had to continually reach out to them to get updates..

Great Customer Service I placed an order on this web site. I called with a question about an out of stock item and was transfered to a gentleman named Abe. Abe is a nice, friendly, patient and helpful representative. Abe tried several avenues to find this item. Meanwhile, Abe kepted me informed with daily emails (some times with more than 1 email a day. When he finally found the item he tracked it until it was out of his control. This is above and beyond great customer service. As far as a rating goes (0-5, 5 being best) Abe deserves a 20,and also the recognition as "employee of the month" !!! Thanks Abe. A job well done.

Finally found a freezer… Abe was able to get back with me quickly on the status of my order. Fast shipping. He was able to track down the location of my freezer, provide the number of the local shipping facility and ultimately have the freezer delivered. The Atosa 907 is great, very fortunate to find a freezer during Covid-19 as all local stores were either out or didn't have what I was looking for. Happened to stumble on this site, glad I did. Abe is the best and I highly recommend restaurantstock.
