When professionalism and honesty meet When my husband and I missed our Transatlantic flight because of no fault of ours, we did receive some help from the missed airline but not from the responsible one. Future attempts on our side failed, too. Once Flightright took over, however, the case went on smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Thank you, Flightright for your work, your continual updates, and your honesty.

My exprience was great because they won… My exprience was great because they won my case for me. When i file the case by myself British Airways rejected my claim that they do not owe me anything but Flightright won the case for me and i am delighted 😁

Flightright good work Flightright provided constant feedback about the process evolution and had a very honest attitude, timeline was according to the expectation and with a successful result. Claim value received as agreed. Thank you for the good work.

Legit company Was apprehensive about this service given the mixed reviews. HOWEVER, I have just received compensation from a delayed flight in 2022. Yes its took a while however when I approached the airline directly they refused to payout anything. I received the email to say flightright had been successful in getting me compensation last week and I have received the money this morning. Yes, there's fees they deduct however anything better than nothing considering the airline refused to payout at all?!
