I had to call them five times and wait… I had to call them five times and wait because they claimed my documents were double-sided, even though I printed every page, and I made sure that I signed every single one of them. The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .

Worried that the usual process would be cutting my travel time very close until my wife found Rush My Passport. Very easy and organized process to get my passport renewed very quickly. We already received my new passport. Great service.

Overall A Terrific Service! Quick, easy process and received my passport weeks sooner than expected with PLENTY of time before my departure to MX! The only downsides are that the process is expensive and that I had to pay an additional $10 fee for sending a check to the government that had a low check number. (Ex: Check #6/100)

Juan Mercado Lady that helped me… Juan Mercado as well as the Lady that helped me previously were fantastic! I was very nervous that I would not be able to make a very very important work trip because of a hiccup in the application process. They were able to help me and guide me through this situation and I highly recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time I have used… This is the second time I have used this services provided by FEDEX. The service went well overall, but there was a small glitch, which I asked to address with a member of leadership. I was supposed to get a call back and I didn’t. Again, overall the process was completed, but I would have liked a call back by a manager. I still would recommend.
