This company is a scam This company is a scam - they make you pay $300 upfront and don’t disclose that you also have to pay government fees on top of that once you print out your documents. I called 3 separate times to cancel my order but couldn’t get through their phone line. They also have no email listed or any other way to contact them.

Totally worth it! I may have a paid a bit extra for renewing my passport but it was completely worth the price. I didnt have to worry if I did something wrong as all the detailed instructions were included as well as the FedEx slip. If are renewing your passport and want to make it easy on yourself, just purchase this service. You even get text and email notifications once you mail off your renewal package.

My understanding is my error was fixed… My understanding is the error I fixed was approved by your office and passport renewal in effect. Can you confirm? That being said, I have plans to travel around May 14th to May 15th. Will my passport be sent out to my Nevada address by this date? Hoping to finalize travel plans soon. Kept their Word! Kept their Word! Fed Ex said they would have a passport for me in 3-4 weeks, which is what happened. For that, I am very thankful. I would strongly recommend that you thoroughly review your application before you hand it in or email it to them. I made a mistake that the people at Fed Ex did not catch until it reached the main headquarters. I had to redo my application and resend it. I will say that most of the people that I worked with were courteous and helpful. One in particular went the extra mile to help me.
