Mailed my application 5 weeks ago Mailed my application 5 weeks ago. They read my email wrong and I never received an email or any correspondence regarding my application. I finally got ahold of someone and resent my application via fedex and still a week later am getting nowhere. I have my tickets purchased already and my not be able to go due to rush my passport losing my tracked and delivered package. Also paid $400 to expedite process back in march. All proof of documents being submitted on hand

I had to call them five times and wait… I had to call them five times and wait because they claimed my documents were double-sided, even though I printed every page, and I made sure that I signed every single one of them. The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .
