Overall A Terrific Service! Quick, easy process and received my passport weeks sooner than expected with PLENTY of time before my departure to MX! The only downsides are that the process is expensive and that I had to pay an additional $10 fee for sending a check to the government that had a low check number. (Ex: Check #6/100)

Totally worth it! I may have a paid a bit extra for renewing my passport but it was completely worth the price. I didnt have to worry if I did something wrong as all the detailed instructions were included as well as the FedEx slip. If are renewing your passport and want to make it easy on yourself, just purchase this service. You even get text and email notifications once you mail off your renewal package.

This company is a scam This company is a scam - they make you pay $300 upfront and don’t disclose that you also have to pay government fees on top of that once you print out your documents. I called 3 separate times to cancel my order but couldn’t get through their phone line. They also have no email listed or any other way to contact them.
