GBDO NOT USE IF EXPEDITING. Non-existent Customer Service Their expedited service feels very scammy. Paid hundreds for expedited service, there was an issue with the check even though the recommended Fed Ex passport person reviewed. I called customer service and was forwarded to a voicemail for 8 days straight, left voicemails with no return call and now I will not be making the trip. They still have not returned my cashiers check either. Only person I have been able to get in contact with is the chat on their website, who told me they probably tore up my check but that she would put in a request to return it if they hadn't yet....so that is more hundreds down the drain. Awful business and customer service. A refund seems non-existent at this point and just hoping to get my check back.

GBThis company is a total scam This company is a total scam. Not only did they lose all my personal sensitive data, I went through the whole process again just to have them say I did it wrong. I can’t get anyone in management to call me back AND I had to pay for lifelock on my own. I have never seen such horrible service and I’ll be reporting them the Better Business Bureau

GBRush My Passport did a great job Rush My Passport did a great job. they were easy to work with and kept me informed through the process where my passport renewal was and when the application went to the government. And I got my new passport back several days before they guaranteed it would be sent back to me. Couldn't be happier.
