I finally got ahold of someone and resent my application via fedex and still a week later am getting nowhere. I have my tickets purchased already and my not be able to go due to rush my passport losing my tracked and delivered package. Also paid $400 to expedite process back in march. All proof of documents being submitted on hand

Overall A Terrific Service! Quick, easy process and received my passport weeks sooner than expected with PLENTY of time before my departure to MX! The only downsides are that the process is expensive and that I had to pay an additional $10 fee for sending a check to the government that had a low check number. (Ex: Check #6/100)

I had to call them five times and wait… I had to call them five times and wait because they claimed my documents were double-sided, even though I printed every page, and I made sure that I signed every single one of them. The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .

THIS is the way things should be done! This was the easiest workflow I have encountered in decades dealing with any type of renewal and updates. I expected this to take months given the various issues with our government. This was fast and I was notified every step of the way. Great communication! I have my passport after only 3 weeks and I am ready to travel. THANK YOU!
