DO NOT USE IF EXPEDITING. Non-existent Customer Service Their expedited service feels very scammy. Paid hundreds for expedited service, there was an issue with the check even though the recommended Fed Ex passport person reviewed. I called customer service and was forwarded to a voicemail for 8 days straight, left voicemails with no return call and now I will not be making the trip. They still have not returned my cashiers check either. Only person I have been able to get in contact with is the chat on their website, who told me they probably tore up my check but that she would put in a request to return it if they hadn't yet....so that is more hundreds down the drain. Awful business and customer service. A refund seems non-existent at this point and just hoping to get my check back.

I was very nervous that I would not be able to make a very very important work trip because of a hiccup in the application process. Mailed my application 5 weeks ago Mailed my application 5 weeks ago. They read my email wrong and I never received an email or any correspondence regarding my application. I finally got ahold of someone and resent my application via fedex and still a week later am getting nowhere. I have my tickets purchased already and my not be able to go due to rush my passport losing my tracked and delivered package. Also paid $400 to expedite process back in march. All proof of documents being submitted on hand

Totally worth it! I may have a paid a bit extra for renewing my passport but it was completely worth the price. I didnt have to worry if I did something wrong as all the detailed instructions were included as well as the FedEx slip. If are renewing your passport and want to make it easy on yourself, just purchase this service. You even get text and email notifications once you mail off your renewal package.
