GBThis company is a total scam This company is a total scam. Not only did they lose all my personal sensitive data, I went through the whole process again just to have them say I did it wrong. I can’t get anyone in management to call me back AND I had to pay for lifelock on my own. I have never seen such horrible service and I’ll be reporting them the Better Business Bureau

GBMy understanding is my error was fixed… My understanding is the error I fixed was approved by your office and passport renewal in effect. Can you confirm? That being said, I have plans to travel around May 14th to May 15th. Will my passport be sent out to my Nevada address by this date? Hoping to finalize travel plans soon. Also what's a good email for a direct contact at your office to monitor the application? Thanks ~Uri Ish-Shalom

GBDO NOT USE IF EXPEDITING. Non-existent Customer Service Their expedited service feels very scammy. Paid hundreds for expedited service, there was an issue with the check even though the recommended Fed Ex passport person reviewed. I called customer service and was forwarded to a voicemail for 8 days straight, left voicemails with no return call and now I will not be making the trip. They still have not returned my cashiers check either. Only person I have been able to get in contact with is the chat on their website, who told me they probably tore up my check but that she would put in a request to return it if they hadn't yet....so that is more hundreds down the drain. Awful business and customer service. A refund seems non-existent at this point and just hoping to get my check back.

GBMailed my application 5 weeks ago Mailed my application 5 weeks ago. They read my email wrong and I never received an email or any correspondence regarding my application. I finally got ahold of someone and resent my application via fedex and still a week later am getting nowhere. I have my tickets purchased already and my not be able to go due to rush my passport losing my tracked and delivered package. Also paid $400 to expedite process back in march. All proof of documents being submitted on hand
