Kept their Word! Kept their Word! Fed Ex said they would have a passport for me in 3-4 weeks, which is what happened. For that, I am very thankful. I would strongly recommend that you thoroughly review your application before you hand it in or email it to them. I made a mistake that the people at Fed Ex did not catch until it reached the main headquarters. I had to redo my application and resend it. I will say that most of the people that I worked with were courteous and helpful. One in particular went the extra mile to help me.

This company is a scam This company is a scam - they make you pay $300 upfront and don’t disclose that you also have to pay government fees on top of that once you print out your documents. I called 3 separate times to cancel my order but couldn’t get through their phone line. They also have no email listed or any other way to contact them.

I had to call them five times and wait… I had to call them five times and wait because they claimed my documents were double-sided, even though I printed every page, and I made sure that I signed every single one of them. The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .
