I sent my image in and even got a mock-up (preview for approval) before my order was created.. then arrived in a matter of a week! 5 star customer service, order processing and quality of my portrait. Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible. I keep speaking to the live chat person and she keeps telling me the same exact thing. I never received my package so I decided I’d call FedEx myself and see what was going on and you all never even gave FedEx a package to ship out. So I spent over $100 on nothing.

They keep giving false expectations on… They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.

Amazing Gift - Highly Recommend Sent them a picture for you dogs. Company was super responsive with my alterations. Product was delivered better than advertised. Ordered for my wife and she loved it. I am very impressed with Kindred… I am very impressed with Kindred Splendor, my entire experience was very positive. From placing my order and being able to choose the background colour and frame colour as well as send multiple photos of my puppy. Then after being sent the proof I had some things I wanted changed so I sent back some edits which were all fixed promptly and accurately. The new proof was sent and after approving it my portrait was shipped quickly! Very happy overall and would recommend.
