AMAZING!! Kindred Splendor went above and beyond-I couldn’t have had a better experience! My 15y/o girl passed away suddenly and I came across their site and instantly fell in love! I chatted on the site to make sure I used the best photo possible before submitting my final order. I was able to make adjustments to the drafts created and the end result was so much more than I could have hoped for! Love! Love! Love! I absolutely love this modern and simple portrait of my new pup, it looks just like him!! The price was very reasonable, especially for the high quality print & such a quick turn around. I was happy to know that I could ask them to make adjustments to the portrait, even though it was perfect the first time! Also, I loved that I was able to track the shipping via the Shop app! They keep giving false expectations on… They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.
