I placed an order through them and… I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

I cannot recommend them enough I cannot recommend them enough! I order in December for my bf in Canada and was afraid it wouldn't get on time but it did. The only thing to consider is that when asking for modifications, it will take them 4 extra days to send you the new proof. However, I reached customer via live chat and they help me expedite the whole thing (you should def use this tool on their website, truly FANTASTIC) Long story short, he got the present in time and was insanely happy with it!

Love! Love! Love! I absolutely love this modern and simple portrait of my new pup, it looks just like him!! The price was very reasonable, especially for the high quality print & such a quick turn around. I was happy to know that I could ask them to make adjustments to the portrait, even though it was perfect the first time! Also, I loved that I was able to track the shipping via the Shop app!
