Not worth your time! I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!

I cannot recommend them enough I cannot recommend them enough! I order in December for my bf in Canada and was afraid it wouldn't get on time but it did. The only thing to consider is that when asking for modifications, it will take them 4 extra days to send you the new proof. However, I reached customer via live chat and they help me expedite the whole thing (you should def use this tool on their website, truly FANTASTIC) Long story short, he got the present in time and was insanely happy with it!

Perfection in a portrait We absolutely love our portrait from Kindred Splendor! It captured our two dogs’ personalities beautifully. Great customer service experience too, everything was very professional and done in a timely manner. I especially love that we were able to see a preview of our portrait before it was sent to us. I placed an order through them and… I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

Amazing Gift - Highly Recommend Sent them a picture for you dogs. Company was super responsive with my alterations. Product was delivered better than advertised. Ordered for my wife and she loved it. Have recommended them to many other people. Trying to find more places for more pictures of my pups. Highly recommend
