AMAZING!! Kindred Splendor went above and beyond-I couldn’t have had a better experience! My 15y/o girl passed away suddenly and I came across their site and instantly fell in love! I chatted on the site to make sure I used the best photo possible before submitting my final order. I was able to make adjustments to the drafts created and the end result was so much more than I could have hoped for! I cherish my painting from Kindred Splendor and will for sure give them my business again in the near future!

A True work of art... I am absolutely blown away by the quality and detail of my portrait. I ordered mine as a memorial piece of my dog Beau who sadly passed away last year. I love it so much and legit started crying happy tears when I opened it, now my precious angel can hang on my wall forever.

Wrong order and no reply I ordered a portrait for a Christmas gift and they said it would arrive in time. I just received my order the second week of January only to find that it wasn’t even my order- it was pants and a hat. I emailed two different inboxes for Kindred Splendor (recommended by someone I spoke to via the live-chat) to request that my correct order be sent and received no reply. I finally received my order today. The portrait is nice but the experience wasn’t good.

Perfection in a portrait We absolutely love our portrait from Kindred Splendor! It captured our two dogs’ personalities beautifully. Great customer service experience too, everything was very professional and done in a timely manner. I especially love that we were able to see a preview of our portrait before it was sent to us. Timothy Davis: They Have Disappeared On Me Finding a Christmas present my mother could appreciate seemed a difficult prospect as she is in home hospice, suffering from advanced dementia. Kindred Splendor provided the perfect solution -- a portrait of her beloved cat Cleo! Their website says proofs are provided within 24-48 hours, with the portrait arriving in the mail 1-5 business days after the proof is approved. Sounds wonderful. Wrong! A day after I placed my order I received an email requesting additional photos of Cleo, which I happily provided. It is now a week and a half later and I have heard nothing more from Kindred Splendor. Multiple emails and a voicemail message requesting an update on my order have been ignored. There is now virtually no chance I will receive the portrait by Christmas. There is however, an excellent chance my mother will not be around for the next Christmas. I am sickened that I placed my trust in a company that has proven so unreliable and unresponsive.
