No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.

I have had multiple interactions with Customer Service I have had multiple interactions with Sales and Customer service in setting up my LLC but no one has stood out more than a gentleman named Johnny in Customer Service. I spoke with him, he was able to rectify an issue I had that his peer could not get accomplish in over 17 hours, but Johnny was able to accomplish the task in under an hour and a half for me. Outstanding support and service from him and he needs a raise.

I really like the dashboard they offer to clients that enables you to quickly see all company information and documents. The customer support is okay, but could definitely be better. It's difficult to get answers to questions sent via email, however, they do offer a phone service that has been more helpful.
