GBno support / chatbot paralegals I was a happy customer for several years. I recently tried to bring more work to them and discovered their support and paralegals are all chatbots. I was informed that for my questions, I would have to schedule and pay for an attorney meeting. When I asked which type of consultation, as none of the ones listed describe my question type, they only responded with chatbots, and phone support is non-existent. My only other issues with them was they double bill if you have a renewal payment failure, but that cost is pretty small.

GBA Paralegal couldn't help without an Attorney A Paralegal answered the phone. I told her the issues that I was interested in. Her response was that she could only answer general questions, which I had just mentioned to her already(?). Then, she said that I would need an Attorney consult. But, THAT was the reason I called. So, instead of explaining the process, she just told me that she really couldn't help not being an Attorney, and no further referral to an Attorney -- so why do they advertise legal services that they don't provide how to obtain? No person who is that inept can be a Paralegal. She was a minimum wage secretary with a glorified title as "Paralegal".

GBScummy company that renewed without my… Scummy company that renewed without my consent after I explicitly let my LLC lapse over a year ago. No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.
