I have had multiple interactions with Customer Service I have had multiple interactions with Sales and Customer service in setting up my LLC but no one has stood out more than a gentleman named Johnny in Customer Service. I spoke with him, he was able to rectify an issue I had that his peer could not get accomplish in over 17 hours, but Johnny was able to accomplish the task in under an hour and a half for me.
