Scummy company that renewed without my… Scummy company that renewed without my consent after I explicitly let my LLC lapse over a year ago. No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.

Not capable of doing mail forwarding. my bank correspondence with credit card was stolen! they create labels but never ship out anything although they charged me $50 for shipping. label was created nothing was sent. then they claim they send it to another address but refuse to provide any tracking. so basically my bank card disappeared at their office! I am filing a police report now! update on 24th of April: now they claim they send the bank card without any tracking! what liars and scammers! they charged me $50 on the 11th of april never send anything and now claim the package left without tracking. yeah right! you just stole or lost it! thats why you cant ship it out! and this is how your mail will be handled by them! unusable service!
