A Paralegal couldn't help without an Attorney A Paralegal answered the phone. I told her the issues that I was interested in. Her response was that she could only answer general questions, which I had just mentioned to her already(?). Then, she said that I would need an Attorney consult. But, THAT was the reason I called. So, instead of explaining the process, she just told me that she really couldn't help not being an Attorney, and no further referral to an Attorney -- so why do they advertise legal services that they don't provide how to obtain? No person who is that inept can be a Paralegal. She was a minimum wage secretary with a glorified title as "Paralegal".

Used them for a registered agent service for multiple years, and they went out of their way to answer any questions I had about many things that other firms probably wouldn't have helped me on. Unreliable, long processing, high fees. It’s hit or miss with this company. Phone customers service is the way to get anything done. It sucks I have to be on top of calling them non stop to get anything done. A check took 3 weeks to arrive at the office. (Not normal) which leads me to believe they are not processing on time. Then have to pay 50 for shipping expedited which took another WEEK after payment to get sent.after payment and confirmed multiple times they still asked for more confirmation before sending. Ignored all emails. Should have overnighted it at this rate for a basic envelope package. I might look into switching to another agent. Not reliable, super long processing times, confirmation emails are ridiculous. Just bad overall so far for my FIRST actual experience with them.

I have had multiple interactions with Customer Service I have had multiple interactions with Sales and Customer service in setting up my LLC but no one has stood out more than a gentleman named Johnny in Customer Service. I spoke with him, he was able to rectify an issue I had that his peer could not get accomplish in over 17 hours, but Johnny was able to accomplish the task in under an hour and a half for me. Outstanding support and service from him and he needs a raise.
