As our records show they entered six times two different amounts 1) $179.00 2) $60.00 three to receive payment and three to refund payment. As a result this raised a red flag on our bank account as fraud. Bank of America then blocked our business account until we can resolve what happened. I was made aware via an email earlier this week this amount of $179.00 would be drawn out soon. I can’t explain the $60.00. Please note these 6 transactions did not result in a lose of funds for our company as either the bank took the money back or the person on your end replace it back into our account. No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.
