I was informed that for my questions, I would have to schedule and pay for an attorney meeting. When I asked which type of consultation, as none of the ones listed describe my question type, they only responded with chatbots, and phone support is non-existent. My only other issues with them was they double bill if you have a renewal payment failure, but that cost is pretty small.
