No person who is that inept can be a Paralegal. She was a minimum wage secretary with a glorified title as "Paralegal".

I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.
