Satisfied New Customer I am a new customer and had two entities created, in 2 different states. Both were created quickly and accurately. Customer service has been very good. You can easily pay 5x the price for a comparable service.

Scummy company that renewed without my… Scummy company that renewed without my consent after I explicitly let my LLC lapse over a year ago. No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.

Very efficient response Very efficient response. Same day registration. All documents provided within days. EIN took longer but this is understandable. Had one query which was answered promptly and politely.
