Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should Prompt replies clear instructions and no stress I will definitely use again if I don’t take Australian citizenship in the meantime. I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. Really smooth and efficient application process The whole process from start to finish was smooth and extremely efficient.
