The last thing any traveler wants as he/she prepares for a trip abroad is a passport problem - along with nightmares trying to find anyone to quickly communicate with. Thanks to UK Abroad I had no such trouble. I had only one easily-fixable problem recently involving my photo. Guidance by Natasha at UK Abroad soon had that sorted and in no time - a couple of weeks or so - a courier was knocking on my door with my shiny new passport. Passport Renewal From start to finish my assistant was amazing. He was very polite and very informative. We communicated with each step to get my British passport renewed.
