Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.

Clear and speedy service with excellent communication so reassuring to have email contact with a real person and regular updates at each stage. I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. It felt as though Miguel was personally taking care of me and I found having a sole point of contact very reassuring.

Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Speedy and helpful! Shaun did a fantastic job walking me through the process, explaining each step, and answering any questions that I had. This process couldn't have been more straightforward! Not to mention the fact that I got my passport back far quicker than I got my US passport back despite living in the US
