I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. It felt as though Miguel was personally taking care of me and I found having a sole point of contact very reassuring.

My application was not the easiest due to my name changes but Robyn was sympathetic, caring, professional, so much so that I truly felt I had made a friend who was not only looking after me but understood exactly how important getting my British Passport renewal meant to me. She is a wonderful human being. The world needs more people like her. Thanks for giving her to me.💚💚 I'm not 100% sure about the date we connected.

Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.

Speedy and helpful! Shaun did a fantastic job walking me through the process, explaining each step, and answering any questions that I had. This process couldn't have been more straightforward! Not to mention the fact that I got my passport back far quicker than I got my US passport back despite living in the US

Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should Prompt replies clear instructions and no stress I will definitely use again if I don’t take Australian citizenship in the meantime. Highly recommend
