Passport renewal I reside in the States and my passport was due for renewal and I wanted to visit London for few weeks. There was an agent assigned to assist you (mine was Saretha, so if you get her then you are in safe hands) who explained clearly anything that might come across as confusing. The agent arranged for a courier to pick up my old passport, cleared my application swiftly and my new passport appeared back at my house in record time. Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.
