Best Way to get your New Passport The company got in contact swiftly and professionally, with email, whose content was clear and easy to understand about what steps and other things you would have to do. There was an agent assigned to assist you (mine was Saretha, so if you get her then you are in safe hands) who explained clearly anything that might come across as confusing. The agent arranged for a courier to pick up my old passport, cleared my application swiftly and my new passport appeared back at my house in record time.
