The last thing any traveler wants as he/she prepares for a trip abroad is a passport problem - along with nightmares trying to find anyone to quickly communicate with. Thanks to UK Abroad I had no such trouble. I had only one easily-fixable problem recently involving my photo. Guidance by Natasha at UK Abroad soon had that sorted and in no time - a couple of weeks or so - a courier was knocking on my door with my shiny new passport. Quite an achievement by UK Abroad considering that I live in Australia! Well done UKA!

The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. It felt as though Miguel was personally taking care of me and I found having a sole point of contact very reassuring.

Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.
