My application was not the easiest due to my name changes but Robyn was sympathetic, caring, professional, so much so that I truly felt I had made a friend who was not only looking after me but understood exactly how important getting my British Passport renewal meant to me. An amazing service from A to Z An amazing service from A to Z. I am confident that all of the staff are great, but I had a certain Shaun who dealt with me. He was fantastic! The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. A simple, speedy process that makes life easier for those living outside of the UK. I highly recommend this service, and especially Shaun if you are lucky enough to have him as your advisor.

Really smooth and efficient application process The whole process from start to finish was smooth and extremely efficient. The initial website process is really user-friendly, and the assistance from the consultant assigned to the application is of great value. Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison!
