The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. Passport Renewal From start to finish my assistant was amazing. He was very polite and very informative. We communicated with each step to get my British passport renewed. I have lived in the USA for 30 years and this was by far the best Passport Renewal experience I had. The whole process took less than 3 weeks. One very happy customer.

Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.
