The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. A simple, speedy process that makes life easier for those living outside of the UK. I highly recommend this service, and especially Shaun if you are lucky enough to have him as your advisor.

Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should Prompt replies clear instructions and no stress I will definitely use again if I don’t take Australian citizenship in the meantime.
