EXCELLENT!!! This was such an incredibly simple process of renewing my British Passport and updating it into my married surname. The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison!
