Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should Prompt replies clear instructions and no stress I will definitely use again if I don’t take Australian citizenship in the meantime. I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy. Renewing my passport worried me more than a little, but Shaun answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. Security I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast. The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ? At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.

Passport renewal I reside in the States and my passport was due for renewal and I wanted to visit London for few weeks.
