My application was not the easiest due to my name changes but Robyn was sympathetic, caring, professional, so much so that I truly felt I had made a friend who was not only looking after me but understood exactly how important getting my British Passport renewal meant to me. Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison!
