The last thing any traveler wants as he/she prepares for a trip abroad is a passport problem - along with nightmares trying to find anyone to quickly communicate with. Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison!
