CHNot willing to go to court for you As others have mentioned, they will only take cases where no court action is required.. That's why they charge the lowest fees, because they are not willing to get their hands dirty.. My flight was delayed due to an aircraft issue, as confirmed by the pilot, but somehow Air Canada is now denying that. Weather was perfect in both Copenhagen and Toronto. Avoid this company and pay a bit more money by using other agencies

It was very easy i got immediate response and Agnieszka Fanslau was amazing I received my money in January carrier agreed to pay 400 euros I received 300 into my account i have another claim pending and again i use them. Believe it or not the operator didn’t admit anything to them as well until we sent proof. People, save evidence and contact Claimflights, it’s a commission involved but it’s 100% going to solve your problems. Thank you again.
