GBWe tried to claim directly with the… We tried to claim directly with the operator but they didn’t admit anything until we contacted Claimflights. Believe it or not the operator didn’t admit anything to them as well until we sent proof. People, save evidence and contact Claimflights, it’s a commission involved but it’s 100% going to solve your problems. Thank you again.

GBStraightforward refund in a reasonable time Angieszka handled the claim for refund on a delayed flight very professionally, asked for a few details and documents and once I sent those, she submitted the claim and said now we wait for a bit.
