ITExcellent service, will use again! I've contacted in date 12/12/2023 ClaimFlights due to a cancelled flight. Mrs. Fanslau has been very clear in every step of the process and she ended the conversation telling me that it could take atmost 3 months. Exactly 2 months later I've received the communication that everything went through, left my bank coordinates and in less than 10 days I've received the amount.

GBVery professional and efficient in… Very professional and efficient in dealing with a compensation claim from an air India flight which was delayed for over 8 hours. This company managed successfully to claim and compensate us a substantial amount without any difficulty at all. GBoutside our scope of work My case is was declined because "it is outside our scope of work". All online flight trackers show the delay and this is a European company flying out of Spain. At least their response was quick and I can move on with my claim elsewhere
