GBoutside our scope of work My case is was declined because "it is outside our scope of work". All online flight trackers show the delay and this is a European company flying out of Spain. At least their response was quick and I can move on with my claim elsewhere

GBVery professional and efficient in… Very professional and efficient in dealing with a compensation claim from an air India flight which was delayed for over 8 hours. They took our case on when many other companies had declined due to previous difficulties from making a successful claim from this particular airline. This company managed successfully to claim and compensate us a substantial amount without any difficulty at all. Once the claim was submitted, we only heard back from them again to let us know our claim was successful and that they needed our bank details to credit our account! Highly recommend this company to anyone!

ITSmooth and open process The whole process was very smooth. Took a few months (June 20 - August 28) because Iberia is apparently one of the more difficult airlines. However, Agnieszka Fanslau (Claim Flights) updated me at every stage until they finally requested the details to make the deposit into my account (minus the agreed charge for their services). The charge was worth it - I have already recommended Claim Flights to one other person.
