DE"Outside our scope of work" but my country appears on their site They said "Outside our scope of work" but Romania including Timisoara's airport appear on their site. Don't recommend this, I think you only choose some cases that suit you. I have requested help for delayed flights from Romania to Skiathos with AirConnect airline, but I think you don't want to work if the airline is a small company.

CHNot willing to go to court for you As others have mentioned, they will only take cases where no court action is required.. That's why they charge the lowest fees, because they are not willing to get their hands dirty.. My flight was delayed due to an aircraft issue, as confirmed by the pilot, but somehow Air Canada is now denying that. Weather was perfect in both Copenhagen and Toronto. Avoid this company and pay a bit more money by using other agencies

GBVery professional and efficient in… Very professional and efficient in dealing with a compensation claim from an air India flight which was delayed for over 8 hours. They took our case on when many other companies had declined due to previous difficulties from making a successful claim from this particular airline. This company managed successfully to claim and compensate us a substantial amount without any difficulty at all. Once the claim was submitted, we only heard back from them again to let us know our claim was successful and that they needed our bank details to credit our account! Highly recommend this company to anyone!

GBStraightforward refund in a reasonable time Angieszka handled the claim for refund on a delayed flight very professionally, asked for a few details and documents and once I sent those, she submitted the claim and said now we wait for a bit. So after maybe two months, we received the compensation and very quickly it was in my account. Couldn't recommend higher!
