I do not recommend this service I do not recommend this service, it takes many days to send a letter, lousy service

Clear and Direct Guidance This company gave clear and direct guidance. They created the demand letter I needed that got me immediate results. They followed up to make sure I got results and next steps to take. I didn't need to take next steps because the demand letter got me immediate results.

Letter never makes it Three weeks and letter still has not made it. So now at least 5-6 weeks behind. They had 14 days to reply but if they don't get the letter that 14 days is pushed back until they receive it. I hired another place to solve it..... 3/1/23 Update. You reach out to tell me how to solve a problem by putting in a request with usps?? That is how you do it....once you stamp it and get paid you don't care too follow up on YOUR mail. Why do I need to do your work...I paid for a service and you did minimal work and pass blame to me? Funny stuff people. But anyway if people want a real company use capejustice.com. They follow through

Mis-communication … I want to say at first I was not happy with Justice Direct but it may have been my fault as I should of logged into my account instead of my emails although they did say they would email my tracking and conformation which I thought would be right away I logged into my account and there was a explanation as to when I would receive the info. I think it was miscommunication on both parts. I was very satisfied with there demand letter and the price of the demand letter was awesome. Thank you Justice direct

The letter I paid for was never… The letter I paid for was never delivered. Now I don’t know how to retrieve it and the website from USPS wouldn’t allow me to schedule a redelivery. Now what??? UPDATE 11/21/22- The letter was re-delivered. SUCCESS! I appreciate the follow up. Thanks for your attentiveness.
