Letter never makes it Three weeks and letter still has not made it. So now at least 5-6 weeks behind. They had 14 days to reply but if they don't get the letter that 14 days is pushed back until they receive it. I hired another place to solve it..... 3/1/23 Update. You reach out to tell me how to solve a problem by putting in a request with usps?? That is how you do it....once you stamp it and get paid you don't care too follow up on YOUR mail. Why do I need to do your work...I paid for a service and you did minimal work and pass blame to me? Funny stuff people. But anyway if people want a real company use capejustice.com. They follow through

I wouldn't trust this service if I were you… First of all there was no way to correct or edit the mistakes after I finished my demand letter so I sent it anyways and it was forwarded to another address and I have no idea if if my demand letter reached its destination. No proof that they signed for this certified demand letter? Justice direct support people stoped responding to my emails because I requested a refund.. The support team sent me an email stating, that I would not get a refund. They said the post office was doing their job by forwarding my letter. They will not tell me if the demand letter got to its destination and if the person signed for it or not. I find out today that the letter was lost. As far as the editing goes I tried to edit it I started a whole new demand letter but it did the same thing. I entered the correct date in the letter and the wrong date came out just like the first letter I could not correct it. So I had two demand letters with the wrong dates on it so I gave up.
