Very Professionally Written I was very impressed with the way that my letter was written. The details surrounding my matter were put into words very professionally. I had so many questions about the process. My emails were responded to promptly and in full detail down to screenshots to aide with visuals of what to look for and expect. I would highly recommend Justice Direct to anyone that needs assistance with processing a demand letter.

Mis-communication … I want to say at first I was not happy with Justice Direct but it may have been my fault as I should of logged into my account instead of my emails although they did say they would email my tracking and conformation which I thought would be right away I logged into my account and there was a explanation as to when I would receive the info. I think it was miscommunication on both parts. I was very satisfied with there demand letter and the price of the demand letter was awesome. Thank you Justice direct
