GBJusticeDirect is a Much-Needed Service JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

GBLetter never makes it Three weeks and letter still has not made it. So now at least 5-6 weeks behind. They had 14 days to reply but if they don't get the letter that 14 days is pushed back until they receive it. I hired another place to solve it..... 3/1/23 Update. You reach out to tell me how to solve a problem by putting in a request with usps?? That is how you do it....once you stamp it and get paid you don't care too follow up on YOUR mail. Why do I need to do your work...I paid for a service and you did minimal work and pass blame to me? Funny stuff people. But anyway if people want a real company use capejustice.com. They follow through
