GBThey came through They came through! I was skeptical but desperate to get my passport renewed within 5 weeks before a trip to Mexico. Yes, so much money for the two-week guarantee, but they are legit. I did need to call to talk to a human to get the process rolling after the online submission part. She was so nice and helpful. They text you every step of the process once you deliver the application to FedEx, which was also comforting.

GBSkeptical, but blown away with satisfaction! I have to say, I was extremely skeptical about this entire notion that I could get my son’s passport in less than two weeks, especially since I live in rural Wyoming and the concept of “overnight shipping” is rarely a possibility, nor is Saturday delivery. Because of all these constraints I chose a slightly quicker option than I probably neede to. That said, I processed my application at my local office on a Monday and had the passport at my door that same Friday. Amazing! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and re-assuring. This service was a life-saver (or trip-saver, more like). Highly recommend!!

GBFastport Passport: compassionate service The experience I had with Fastport Passport was simply amazing. The entire staff, especially Madeleine, were beyond helpful. I have never received such compassionate business service. Madeleine offered her cell number for after hours, emailed me well past business hours, and did everything to make sure I received my passport for an emergency travel situation. I am forever grateful. I felt such personal care. I have joked that I want to lose my passport again just to have another positive customer service experience!

GBI was provided no service whatsoever I was provided no service whatsoever, and I was charged and not refunded several hundred dollars. I strongly suggest you look for other, more straightforward options to get a passport quickly. Be very cautious. Realize that whatever happens with your passport you will pay full fare.

GBGreat technology lowers stress!! It's very unnerving to send your only Passport off to a strange company and just blindly hope for the best but Alice made my experience easy!! She was friendly, never rushed me and knew exactly what she was doing. The technology is amazing...it let's you see virtually every step along the way. My only advice would be to use a schedule faster than you think you need as FedEx took an extra day to make my delivery. Thank you Fastport!!!
