Thank God for Carrie N Thank God for Carrie N! She helped us through a very stressful situation in replacing an expired passport. We received the renewed passport quicker than expected. Not only that, she walked us through the process with extra helpful instructions. Hopefully I won't need to expedite a passport again, but if so - this is the place!

I just signed up and they never called… I just signed up and they never called me back. My order number is GW-9F83.... and I filled out the application and got this number to complete my application 1-800-220-1759, and no one ever picks up the phone. I have a rush order and there is no hope to get to the post office in time now for our trip.

Directions from Fastport conflicted… Directions from Fastport conflicted with the procedures at the post office, which caused a week-long delay while I tried to get a clear path to follow. When I called Fastport for help, I got someone whose proficiency with the English language prevented us from being able to properly communicate. When I asked for another representative who I might have been able to better understand, she absolutely refused. I eventually had to completely dump Fastport from the process and did it myself. It was a total waste of $300. Order number was GW-30A3E6138

Was told that my passport would arrive…and it DIDN'T Was told that my passport would arrive via overnight FedEx - now it's arriving via USPS late. The communication from Fastport was nonexistant, I got more help from the State Department. Save your money and DON'T USE THEM!

Fastport Passport: compassionate service The experience I had with Fastport Passport was simply amazing. The entire staff, especially Madeleine, were beyond helpful. I have never received such compassionate business service. Madeleine offered her cell number for after hours, emailed me well past business hours, and did everything to make sure I received my passport for an emergency travel situation. I am forever grateful. I felt such personal care. I have joked that I want to lose my passport again just to have another positive customer service experience!
