GBThey came through They came through! I was skeptical but desperate to get my passport renewed within 5 weeks before a trip to Mexico. Yes, so much money for the two-week guarantee, but they are legit. I did need to call to talk to a human to get the process rolling after the online submission part. She was so nice and helpful. They text you every step of the process once you deliver the application to FedEx, which was also comforting.

GBGreat technology lowers stress!! It's very unnerving to send your only Passport off to a strange company and just blindly hope for the best but Alice made my experience easy!! She was friendly, never rushed me and knew exactly what she was doing. The technology is amazing...it let's you see virtually every step along the way. My only advice would be to use a schedule faster than you think you need as FedEx took an extra day to make my delivery. Thank you Fastport!!!

GBDirections from Fastport conflicted… Directions from Fastport conflicted with the procedures at the post office, which caused a week-long delay while I tried to get a clear path to follow. When I called Fastport for help, I got someone whose proficiency with the English language prevented us from being able to properly communicate. When I asked for another representative who I might have been able to better understand, she absolutely refused. I eventually had to completely dump Fastport from the process and did it myself.
