I have to say, I was extremely skeptical about this entire notion that I could get my son’s passport in less than two weeks, especially since I live in rural Wyoming and the concept of “overnight shipping” is rarely a possibility, nor is Saturday delivery. Because of all these constraints I chose a slightly quicker option than I probably neede to. That said, I processed my application at my local office on a Monday and had the passport at my door that same Friday. Amazing! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and re-assuring. This service was a life-saver (or trip-saver, more like). Highly recommend!!

GBI just signed up and they never called… I just signed up and they never called me back. My order number is GW-9F83.... and I filled out the application and got this number to complete my application 1-800-220-1759, and no one ever picks up the phone. I have a rush order and there is no hope to get to the post office in time now for our trip.

GBAmazing service and communication! Amazing service and communication!! Nick and Madeleine saved the day and helped get our 3 year old his passport for a last minute vacation. They answered every question and made the process super easy. We even got the passport a day earlier than expected!! All of this around the Christmas holiday. GBWas told that my passport would arrive…and it DIDN'T Was told that my passport would arrive via overnight FedEx - now it's arriving via USPS late. The communication from Fastport was nonexistant, I got more help from the State Department. Save your money and DON'T USE THEM!

GBFedEx shipping is a giant weak link Arrived three days later than expected. FedEx is a hell of a weak link in the operation. Because it happened over a weekend, there was no support to help me figure out what was going on or how to fix it. Supposedly I could track it through their website, but it required an account that I was never prompted to create when I purchased the service nor could I find any way of creating one. The lack of support outside of 9-5 M-F is a big problem in a business where success and failure can be determined by a few hours.
