Followed their process mailing form from their website to San Francisco office, returned to sender, they closed that office last year. Guess what, they still have same address and process to dispute on site. This site said can’t help. I assume in bed with these corrupt companies. Two face thief pretend to help Bs business label as nonprofit. Look at their income. They get paid from your opposing too its a cheap way to point out the case and provide evidence that will be destroy or manipulated. Cheap settlement with agreement you shut money forever even to future abuse or wrong doing. Also they get a small and you have to pay tax from settlement of what defendant stole from u.

Result driven I've been fighting T-Mobile for nearly a year for credits owed to me from a phone trade-in, but to no avail.
