GBA Waste of Time and Money I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.

GBSprint/T Mobile merger caused one big… Sprint/T Mobile merger caused one big headache. They charged me $$$ per line to switch to another carrier. I contacted FairShake and explained the situation. Results are a refund and cancellation of the last bill. Great job. Thank You

GBGOODBYE CHIME😊😊😊 I’ve been dealing with Chime for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem with money being deducted from my account with my cards are on lock. Today is the first time that my direct deposit was put to my account but it didn’t show it on the app the only reason I knew the direct deposit had come through was because of the email that they sent you to let you know when I went on the app and Chime did not post, my direct deposit and they were letting transactions go through on my card with my card lot. They said the reason for that was because they were subscriptions. Three of them were canceled subscriptions that they now show it a pending mode. To make a long story short, you need to watch your child account because Chime is taking your money and letting companies get your money off your card. The reason I started locking my card because somebody tried to pull $1000 off of my card for customer service have a problem, as far as I concerned understanding English, you have to repeat yourself to them three and four times telling them the same thing they still don’t understand what you’re talking about so as of today, I have taken both of my direct deposits off of Chime and I will be cutting up my chime cards and chime could kiss my ass

GBfast and efficient with a punch! They were not kidding when they said they send a letter to the company that you're working with and it literally save me thousands of dollars and my time for me to just resolve the issue right then and there I want to thank everyone involved with fair shake for everything that you've done to make my life a little bit easier moving forward I highly recommend fair shake to anybody no matter how rich or poor you may be because they do a assert and make sure your rights are heard. Especially with my business account. Thank you again fair shake I hope I don't deal with a bad situation like this again, but if it does arise, I will definitely look for you for help. I was somewhat skeptical at first as to whether you could help, but Your fee was only $20, so I decided to take a chance. Furthermore, after the settlement was agreed upon and accepted by me, you also gave me alternative ways to pay the $20! How cool was that!!? You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
