GBThank you Fairshake Thank you Fairshake. I honestly didn’t think it would work, but I gave them a fair chance. I filed a flame in May 2022 and my claim was successfully resolved in September 2022. I filed a claim with Uhaul and got a settlement offer of a whopping $1000! Fairshake does require a percentage of the settlement offer, However it is extremely reasonable. I’m grateful to have this resolved. To those that have had mediocre results, please understand that you need documentation and reasonable cause to file a claim. Fairshake Will do what they can with the information you give them. Thank you again Fairshake!

GBGOODBYE CHIME😊😊😊 I’ve been dealing with Chime for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem with money being deducted from my account with my cards are on lock. Today is the first time that my direct deposit was put to my account but it didn’t show it on the app the only reason I knew the direct deposit had come through was because of the email that they sent you to let you know when I went on the app and Chime did not post, my direct deposit and they were letting transactions go through on my card with my card lot. They said the reason for that was because they were subscriptions. Three of them were canceled subscriptions that they now show it a pending mode. To make a long story short, you need to watch your child account because Chime is taking your money and letting companies get your money off your card. The reason I started locking my card because somebody tried to pull $1000 off of my card for customer service have a problem, as far as I concerned understanding English, you have to repeat yourself to them three and four times telling them the same thing they still don’t understand what you’re talking about so as of today, I have taken both of my direct deposits off of Chime and I will be cutting up my chime cards and chime could kiss my ass

GBI had numerous issues with my phone… I had numerous issues with my phone service with Verizon. They also kept putting add on charges that I didn't subscribe to, Disney plus and Digital Secure. Almost daily I'd lose service, no phone or data, for extended periods of time. Called Verizon customer service at least 2 times monthly trying to resolve issues. Customer service representative would just want to get me off the phone and give me unreasonable excuses. The two that were the most unreasonable were because I had bought an unlocked phone not from the company. Then a man told me I just didn't know how to use my phone. Verizon settled with me by removing what I owed snd issuing a check for $82. I felt like it wasn't quit enough for what they put me thru but in the long run they at least did something. I'm glad I filed complaint with Fair Shake

GBI had a problem with Verizon and… I had a problem with Verizon and Fakeshake did just about nothing to help me. They’re on the side of the corporation not on the side of the people.

GBI'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair… I'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair shake" (pun intended). Seriously, I'm more than impressed with the service and results. I was skeptical that the process could be as easy as they said. They did everthing they said they would and offered updates throughout the process. I spent almost a year trying to resolve the issue myself. I tried calling creditor multiple times and got the run around, i disputed with credit bureau twice and was at my wits end. Had I tried FairShake back then, I would have saved myself alot of time and headaches. I would highly recommend them to help to get resolution in a prompt manner. The creditor responded to FairShake within 30 days with exactly the outcome I wanted. Easy Peasy!
