A Waste of Time and Money I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.

FairShake righted a wrong I contacted FairShake after being defrauded on a large auction site and having the refund claim denied by a large financial entity based upon false data. I got my money back thanks to FairShake and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. No way this would have happened without them.

Thank you Fairshake Thank you Fairshake. I honestly didn’t think it would work, but I gave them a fair chance. I filed a flame in May 2022 and my claim was successfully resolved in September 2022. I filed a claim with Uhaul and got a settlement offer of a whopping $1000! Fairshake does require a percentage of the settlement offer, However it is extremely reasonable. I’m grateful to have this resolved. To those that have had mediocre results, please understand that you need documentation and reasonable cause to file a claim. Fairshake Will do what they can with the information you give them. Thank you again Fairshake!
