I'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair… I'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair shake" (pun intended). Seriously, I'm more than impressed with the service and results. I was skeptical that the process could be as easy as they said. They did everthing they said they would and offered updates throughout the process. I spent almost a year trying to resolve the issue myself. I tried calling creditor multiple times and got the run around, i disputed with credit bureau twice and was at my wits end. Had I tried FairShake back then, I would have saved myself alot of time and headaches. I would highly recommend them to help to get resolution in a prompt manner. The creditor responded to FairShake within 30 days with exactly the outcome I wanted. Easy Peasy!

A lot flaws one it does help you demand… A lot flaws one it does help you demand for fairness but charge from your lost. Settle amount that petty use them beside that don’t. All settlement force people into another agreeement that waives future wrong doing? They help u initiate but when things gets serious they back out and leave in at arbitration time. Now you up against a monster with the little knowledge you know as beginning? Non profit means doesn’t mean employee time can’t be compensate highly and purchase as long it for corp it’s ok! “I got a Ferrari for company cause ceo has to drive in ceo vehicle class”

I had numerous issues with my phone… I had numerous issues with my phone service with Verizon. They also kept putting add on charges that I didn't subscribe to, Disney plus and Digital Secure. Almost daily I'd lose service, no phone or data, for extended periods of time. Called Verizon customer service at least 2 times monthly trying to resolve issues. Customer service representative would just want to get me off the phone and give me unreasonable excuses. The two that were the most unreasonable were because I had bought an unlocked phone not from the company. Then a man told me I just didn't know how to use my phone. Verizon settled with me by removing what I owed snd issuing a check for $82. I felt like it wasn't quit enough for what they put me thru but in the long run they at least did something. I'm glad I filed complaint with Fair Shake

A Waste of Time and Money I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.

a cheap payout to shut you up for good company soo dumb even up to now i freaken told them that they had someone claim on my email or account. even after telling them they say its will be fix dumb support is quick to put resolved issue. all them fake nonprofit organization gets alot of aid along so claim fee to keep operation. damn well aint much for maintanence and is able to be located in wealthy area Low life corp pay out settlement can use for tax your lost u get no other damge reinburse have to pay tax for wat u lost and agree to being abuse forever its justice of the wealthy america is fakerica
