GBSad..... What a disappointment for a court referred business... Not as bad as the last court referred legal process company but almost as bad.... The "runner" claims the Costa Mesa Justice Department screamed at him and would not allow him to drop off a courtesy copy???? The Clerks office fell out of their chair with laughter. Questions ranging from does he know how to walk up to a window? Did he get out of his car??? So, if you want a company that does not know how to upload copies of service, this is your company, well to be fare it's only been 2 and a half weeks of me calling everyday!!! If you want a company that sends false notices of service this is your company.... If you don't mind excuses for why your courtesy copy not delivered, use these guys!!! Ummmm.....? Isn't this pretty much their job?

GBI was expecting a little more from… I was expecting a little more from concierge. After tons of messages they just filed papers same way I sent. Then decided to hand deliver before conferring with me. So I ended up paying about $100 more than I anticipated.

GBThe service is phenomenal The service is phenomenal. When needed, a real person is available to walk you through the steps and each time gets easier. I have now actually managed, all by myself, to file electronically, using One Legal. Thanks again One Legal for making this part of life simpler for lawyers.

GBHorrible SERVICE Horrible SERVICE! You DO NOT want to use their services. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED. They created second case numbers on multiple cases due to their incompetence. They promise resolution and keep you on the phone for HOURS to get nothing resolved. OVER ALL THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER. You have been WARNED! Don't bother wasting your time. OnCall Legal is so much better.

PTPersistent and Successful My daughter is an attorney and recommended One Legal as that is the firm her practice has used for years. The party served was cagey and avoided service the first 6 attempts. But One Legal's persistent server got it done the 7th time. They deserve my 5 star rating!!
