The Deception For $89 I completed the form and expected to receive my birth certificate. Approximately one week later, I receive documents to ‘again’ complete the order request for additional funds. I sent an email requesting at least $70 in refund, you did send paperwork, but the request went unfulfilled. Would like some form of reimbursement, since the forms can be downloaded for free.
