No answer, no money I applied in August 2023 for a cancelled flight Cluj-London, helped by an airport flighthelp agent, got confirmation in my email but got no money, no news no nothing. On WhatsApp I comunicate to the robot. Dissapointed Update: After leaving this review I got quick answer from a real person in my WhatsApp conversation with flighthelp. Now I am requested lots of documents to proof otherwise this review will be deleted. Will do my best this review to be live!

Shady approach & lack of communication I had a delayed flight and one of their representatives approached us next to the gate, telling us we are eligible for a compenstation from the airline. She didn't mention they are a third party company or the comision for this service, but made it seem like she's with the airline. I have received a contract on the e-mail stating that there is a 35% to 50% commision. (that seems insane). The contract doesn't mention a way to terminate it and even though it's only been a few days they don't answer their email. The lack of communication and the shady approach makes me doubt that they are legit. I am expecting their response and will update accordingly.

It is 10 months now with this pathetic… It is 10 months now with this pathetic scam company telling me that they will pay and just keep me in the limbo of emails. Everytime they will ask for all the documents and they keep saying they will pay but they never do. This is been ongoing since June 2023 and it was my flight delayed for Bucharest from the Gatwick airport Flight Number: W4 3032 and these guys have since been fooling me kept my money because the airlines pays out within 3 months and these scammers don't pay me at all

Bad experience, looks like a scam I had a delayed flight in September 2023 from Malaga to Bucharest, they approached me in the airport told me it will take 6 months, after multiple attempts to contact them they always answer telling me that they didn't receive the funds and always blame WizzAir. One of the employees trying to get the signature of someone else for his compensation he accidently sent me a screenshot on WhatsApp with the email that contained the answer from WizzAir that confirms that on 23 Oct the compensation was approved and the money will be sent in 7 working days to FlightHelp. So please avoid , its just a scam, they keep the money for themselves and not paying anything.
